No, SMT2 derived from petroleum – SMT2 is the worlds most advanced synthetic metal treatment. 

SMT2 is not an oil – SMT2 is a metal treatment that uses existing lubricants to carry it to the ferrous (Fe) metal load zones.

SMT2 is not a colloidal solution and does not contain solids – SMT2 contains no nano-particles that can accumulate in filters and is soluble in lubricants and fluids. Being chemically inert, it does not disturb the pH-balance of engine oils and gearbox fuilds.

As you know we have spent a lot of time, effort and money to get as much power from our V8 engine and after modification of the heads we placed the engine on the Dyno to see if we could exceed 1100 HP. I could never seem to break the 1100HP target. Then Peter from SMT came along and we added it to the engine, reved it a couple of times and Dyno'd it, just after a couple of revs and we hit 1105HP. We were astounded! During out next 3 starts on the grid we achieved one of our fastest runs yet! You now have a customer for life!
